Our story
We were present in the Egyptian markets in early 2012, and we established a department to support companies in the field of information technology, infrastructure and maintenance contracts for the IT department. Our responsibility was the information system within companies in terms of preserving, organizing and helping to maintain internal systems. We noticed that there were problems with most companies that contracted with some software companies due to the lack of support, development and follow-up, exaggeration in pricing, poor product quality, and exploitation of the general lack of knowledge of the community in technical and software matters and many others. This negatively affected the performance and workflow of those companies, and this was an inherent characteristic of the market (the software market). From here, we began to think closely about that problem and we established foundations based on quality standards, immediate support service and lack of greed in pricing. We wanted to provide a difference from the current market nature, but it was not easy at all. Over time, the market became afraid of software companies because of what the business community suffered from those companies over the past years, so the business community became negatively aware of this field, but we insisted on imposing our vision on this painful reality and creating a difference and showing that there are companies, even if they are few, but they are trying to change. In the year 2018 , we started creating a new department within the company and setting a philosophy that focuses on the quality and distinction of the product, as well as support and development, and becoming a role model for others. By mid-2021, we have effectively and practically entered the software market with our own philosophy and values., specifically (in the software section), we have been able to gradually add our philosophy and values, and it is not easy to achieve this, but we have been able to create a difference from others, thanks to the value, performance and efficiency of our products, and also because of our focus on the speed of response and technical support as a top priority for us, as well as our basic belief, which is to combat greed in pricing and poor service. We have created bridges of mutual trust between us and our customers, and we have taken upon ourselves the responsibility of improving the quality of the local market, and our customers have become an integral part of us and our success, and we consider the success of their businesses to be the height of pride and boasting for us. We will continue to achieve our goals without stopping.
